PARTIAL PAYMENT POLICY
How Partial Payment Works
To provide flexibility to our customers, BhaariGear offers a Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) option.
This allows customers to pay a portion of the order amount in advance and the remaining balance at a later stage.
Payment Structure
Upfront Payment (Advance)
A non-refundable advance payment of either a fixed amount or a percentage of the total order value is required at checkout.
This payment confirms the order and allows us to begin processing it.
Due Amount
The remaining balance can be paid using one of the following options:
• Online Payment – via UPI, card, wallet, or bank transfer through a payment link sent via SMS or email.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) – paid directly to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
Order Confirmation
Your order will be confirmed only after the initial payment is successfully completed.
Once confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS containing:
• Order details
• Receipt of advance payment
• Remaining due amount and payment instructions
Delivery Process
If Cash on Delivery is selected for the remaining amount:
Customers may check the external condition of the package before accepting delivery. Opening the package before payment may not be permitted and depends on the courier partner's policies.
If the remaining amount has been paid online before delivery:
No payment will be required at delivery.
Cancellations & Refunds
Advance Payment
The advance payment is refundable if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, the advance payment becomes non-refundable as order processing may have already begun.
If BhaariGear cancels the order due to stock unavailability or operational reasons, the advance payment will be fully refunded.
Due Amount Paid Online
If the remaining amount is paid online and the order is cancelled before shipping, the amount will be fully refunded.
If cancelled after shipping, return shipping charges may be deducted.
Failed Deliveries
Delivery will typically be attempted up to two times.
If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses delivery without valid reason, the order will be cancelled.
In such cases:
• Advance payment will be forfeited
• Any online due payment will be refunded after deducting applicable charges
Exclusions
Discount coupons, promotional offers, or special discounts may not apply to orders placed using the Partial Payment option unless specifically stated.
Agreement
By selecting the “Partial Payment (Advance + COD)” option during checkout, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this policy.
BhaariGear reserves the right to restrict Cash on Delivery for customers who repeatedly refuse orders.
