We create premium streetwear designed to impress and built to perform.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

✔ 7-Day Easy Return Policy

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product if:

  • Product is unused

  • Tags are intact

  • Original packaging is kept

  • Product is in the same condition as delivered

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or washed products

  • Items showing perfume/sweat marks

  • Damage caused by customer

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Clearance or final-sale items

✔ Exchange Policy

If you need a different size, we will process an exchange after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

✔ Refund Method

All approved refunds are issued in the form of:

  • Store Credit (BhaariGear Wallet)
    OR

  • Original Payment Method (Razorpay refund)

Refund processing time:

  • 2–3 days for approval

  • 5–7 business days for bank reversal (Razorpay timelines)

✔ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

✔ Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide unboxing video + photos

We will replace the item at no extra cost.
